3SFire is wholly owned by Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority with 100% of all profits being returned to the Authority to assist with running the Fire and Rescue Service.

All 3SFire trainers and consultants have a fire service background enabling them to share their knowledge and expertise gained in real emergency situations.

We provide expert knowledge, skill and resource to any businesses requiring specialist advice or training in any area of safety and risk management.

The Team

Our board of directors consists of Fire Authority Members, hand selected for their skills, knowledge and experience, along with the Deputy Chief and Director of Service Delivery for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service.
